The images of the devastating Attica forest fire on 11-13 August 2024 shocked the whole world. The heroic struggle of the firefighters and volunteers prevented an even bigger disaster, however, the extent of the destruction is still enormous. Seeing this, at the initiative of the Hungarian embassy in Athens, a collection of donations began with the participation of the embassies of the European Union based in Athens.

The Innovation Center of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) invites early to mid-career researchers to apply to its first Research Fellowship program. The program will provide scholars from diverse fields an opportunity to approach their research from a design-driven perspective in collaboration with the University’s research community.
